Come join us at our regular monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of every month. We meet at Mclean Fellowship Hall at Avondale Presbyterian Church, 2821 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209.
Nametags: Members are highly encouraged to make and wear a nametag to facilitate getting to know other members quickly. Any material, size and pattern may be used. Click here for directions for one style.

7:00 pm - Business Meeting
7:45 pm - Program Begins
Members and guests arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 pm. to sign in, check the library, look at the Outreach table for cuddle quilt materials, to view the cuddle quilts that are being turned in, sign up for workshops, and to visit with friends, guests, and new members.
Note: Effective 9/1/10, there will be a $5.00 fee for guests who attend the monthly meeting. This fee can be applied toward membership dues if a guest joins the guild during the night of attendance.
Business meeting begin at 7:00 pm with the exception of July and December* (which begin at 6:30 pm).
After the business portion of the meeting, there is a short break before the evening program begins at approximately 7:45 pm.
For the enjoyment of our Guild members and guests, we ask that children under 12 years of age not attend the monthly meetings.
* Note: The Library is closed during special events and books are not due until the next meeting. In July, members bring favorite salads or desserts for a smorgasbord held in conjunction with the installation of new Guild Officers. In December, members bring favorite dishes for a Christmas Party smorgasbord.
